Castel Baradello is the symbol of Como and one of the most important historical monuments of the area of Lake Como.
Built by Emperor Frederico Barbarossa on previous fortifications and located in a strategic and spectacular location, for centuries, it dominated the city and the first lake basin.
From the top of its high tower, the view is breathtaking and its walls have witnessed all the most important historical events of Northern Italy.
